Peaches Geldof: I'm not out of control

But socialite admits her life is hectic

Peaches Geldof has hit back at claims she’s gone off the rails.

The socialite allegedly collapsed after a suspected overdose last month.

But Peaches, 19, insists she’s perfectly fine and just needs a break.

‘I’m the first to admit that the last few weeks have been crazy,’ she says. ‘But I’m not out of control.

'I do need to get out of London for a while to relax, clear my head and sort things out, though.

‘I’m off to LA with my sister Fifi on a road trip for a week. After that, I’m going to Majorca to chill with my family, which is just what I need.’

And Peaches has rubbished reports that dad Sir Bob, 56, is sending her to Africa for the summer to do charity work.

‘That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard,’ she tells the Daily Star.

‘It would never happen. My dad would never dream of doing that.’
