Singer wants to find a sister for David Banda
Tuesday, 5 August 2008
Madonna is said to be planning to open her home to another disadvantaged child.
The Material Girl was given permanent custody of Malawi-born David Banda in May.
And now she wants the 3-year-old to have a sister from his home nation.
Madonna is said to be liaising with her charity Raising Malawi to select a suitable orphan.
'3 orphanages have been visited and photographs have been sent to her,’ a source tells Daily Star Sunday. ‘It's thought they are down to a shortlist of 10 girls aged between 6 and 18 months.’
Madonna, 49, is also mum to Lourdes, 11, with ex Carlos Leon, and Rocco, 7, with husband Guy Ritchie, 39.
