Kelly Brook: I was love sick after meeting Billy Zane

She says she was totally smitten with the actor

Kelly Brook met Billy Zane at a casting

Kelly Brook says she fell under a spell when she met fiancé Billy Zane.

The actress, who split with the actor briefly in February, met him 4 years ago when she auditioned for a film.

And she says it wasn't long before she was smitten.

‘I fell in love with Billy and felt like I was under a spell,’ she admits.

‘They say love is an illness and I do believe that. I became lovesick.

'When you fall in love, life’s problems seem to disappear. That is exactly what happened.

'It’s like a chemical imbalance in your body I suppose.’

But Kelly admits her squeeze isn't perfect.

‘He has a sock issue,’ she tells the Sunday People.

‘They are everywhere. We have people round for dinner and they pull out a random sock stuffed down the side of a sofa.

'How did that get there? How does he do it? Does he only wear one sock at a time?’
