Sue Katona given a conditional discharge

Kerry Katona’s mum walked free from court yesterday – despite pleading guilty to benefit fraud.
Sue Katona collected income support and council tax totalling £6,393 when she had more than £46,000 in the bank.
She was given a conditional discharge at Runcorn Magistrates Court, and won't face punishment unless she reoffends within 18 months.
Sue, 48, who is estranged from Kerry, 27, has paid back nearly £1,800 and will return the rest in installments.
She must also pay £100 costs.
