Crazed fan who fantasised about selling Girls Aloud mutilated body parts on Ebay prompts Cheryl's move to a high-security villa in Spain

Cheryl Cole is keen to sign a deal on a property in Spain with 24-hour security after a string of scary experiences.
Voted the UK’s favourite fantasy body last month, she is frequently the target of feverish adulation from male fans.
Cheryl and footballer husband Ashley, 27, hope to complete on the new £5 million house in Puerto Banus, near Marbella on the Costa del Sol, by the time The X Factor starts again on 16 August.
‘She just can’t afford to take any chances,' a pal tells Now. 'All the girls have
recognised that the occasional fan getting too close is a hazard of
their fame, but Cheryl has a higher profile than the others.'
It’s no wonder that the 25-year-old is scared. It emerged last week that she’s been under threat from a twisted internet blogger. A fantasist was arrested and charged last week after a year of blogging about kidnapping, raping and butchering Girls Aloud on a sick website.
The perverted tale spelled out in detail what happens to all five members of the band when they fall into the hands of a sex monster. The stories even detailed how the fiend sells their mutilated body parts on Ebay.
‘Cheryl’s terrified,’ says the friend. ‘She’s been in one too many threatening situations that she worries might turn nasty.’
