Doctors fear it could risk her health

Victoria Beckham would love a little girl after 3 boys

Victoria Beckham is desperate to have another baby – but doctors are said to have warned her against it.

The Spice Girl has had 3 caesareans with her sons and medical staff are worried she could damage her body if she has more surgery.

But Posh, 34, and husband David, 33, are determined to have a little girl.

‘She wanted to try for a baby after the Spice Girls finished touring,’ a pal reveals.

‘But she’s put her plans on hold while she sees what can be done to help her. She knows she is putting her health at risk if she dismisses the advice of her doctors and has another C-section.’

Doctors are concerned that she could need an emergency hysterectomy if the op goes wrong.

It could also lead to a ruptured bowel or bladder.

’She wants to make sure her body is as strong as it can be,’ a source tells the Daily Star Sunday.

‘She’s seeking as much medical advice as she can before she decides what to do next.’

She is already mum to sons Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 5, and Cruz, 3.
