FBI confiscate Anne Hathaway's diaries

Actress's personal possessions used in investigation into her ex Raffaello Follieri

Anne Hathaway's diaries have been seized by the FBI

Anne Hathaway's personal possessions have been taken to help law officers build their case against her ex.

Items including her private diaries have been seized by the FBI as part of their fraud investigation against Raffaello Follieri.

He is charged with 12 counts of wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering.

'Follieri misappropriated hundreds of thousands of dollars in investor money to live a luxurious lifestyle,' states the United States Attorney's Office.

Anna, 25, split with Raffaello in June, shortly before his arrest. She is not implicated in any of his alleged crimes.
