Rapper thought to be engaged to the singer

P Diddy and Cassandra Ventura started dating in May

P Diddy is said to have proposed to singer Cassandra Ventura.

The rapper, 38, apparently told family and friends he is going to marry the 21-year-old.

‘Diddy said they hadn’t set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first,’ a source tells Star magazine.

P Diddy, real name Sean Combs, met Cassie when he signed her to his record label in 2006.

The musicians became a couple in May, following P Diddy's split from his girlfriend of 10 years, Kim Porter, 35.
