Singer fined £928 for smashing snapper's camera

Pete Doherty pleaded guilty to breaking a photographer's camera lens yesterday.
The singer was said to have lost his rag with Catherine Mead, 22, outside a pub in Crewkerne, Somerset last year.
She was taking snaps of him and his then girlfriend Irina Lazareanu.
Pete, 29, who had missed 2 previous hearings, was fined £928 for criminal damage at a Yeovil court.
