Sienna Miller is taking legal action against two media organisations for publishing topless pictures of her on holiday with Balthazar Getty.
The actress is suing photo agency Big Pictures, and News International publications News Of The World and The Sun for violating her privacy.
The snaps show a half-naked Sienna, 26, kissing and cuddling Balthazar, 33, on a romantic break in Italy.
In December, the papers contributed to a £37,500 payout awarded to her when she sued over snaps of her shooting a nude scene.
Her rep Mark Thomson, a partner at London law firm Carter-Ruck, says he has issued fresh proceedings at the High Court.
On Tuesday, Balthazar confirmed his split from wife Rosetta Getty, with who he has 4 children.

I can't believe she is trying to sue the press over Those pictures. stop flaunting your body on a balcony and out on the open sea, with a married man,bet you did'nt think about his wife & kids did you,{no I don't think so}Balty don't buy the mansion & the ring yet....
