GMTV newsreader Penny Smith says she has a hectic social life, despite getting up at the crack of dawn.
She is often seen out with a host of celebrity friends on the party circuit.
‘I go out at least five nights a week,’ she tells Celebs on Sunday.
'Sometimes I drag my carcass out of the house and think "I don't want to go" and that's when I have the best nights.'
The 49-year-old has even adjusted her sleeping pattern to cope with her lifestyle.
‘I sleep in two shifts – four hours at night, four after work in the morning – otherwise I’d have no social life.’
