Myleene Klass quizzed at airport

Presenter is questioned over her daughter

Myleene Klass and Ava were held by airport security

Myleene Klass was held at Heathrow Airport when immigration officials quizzed her over daughter Ava.

The presenter, who was travelling without partner Graham Quinn, was questioned because her tot doesn't share her surname.

The Last Choir Standing host was returning from a working trip to Australia with the 11-month-old.

‘They looked at Ava’s passport and said, “Are you sure you’re her mother? Her name is Quinn,”’ Myleene tells The Sun.

‘I was just made to feel like I was baby smuggling, or kidnapping my own daughter.

‘They held me for ages before they let me go. What did they want, a DNA test?’

A UK Border Agency spokesperson said: 'Our checks at Britain's borders are tough. Everyone has to go through the same checks regardless of who they are.'

Myleene, 30, and Graham, 34, have been together 8 years and plan to get married in the next 12 months.
