The 21-year-old made the gaffe while talking to fellow housemate Rex Newmark, 24.

'How many days are there in a year? he asked.

'12?' Rebecca replied.

'How many months are there in a year?' he coaxed her.

‘24?’ she guessed. ‘I honestly don't know!’
