Jordan and Peter Andre to appear on Strictly Come Dancing

BBC bosses plan to make this year's series 'the best yet'

Strictly Come Dancing producers are hoping Jordan and Peter Andre will sign on for this year's show

Jordan and Peter Andre are could be teaming up for another reality TV show.

The couple – who met on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in January 2004 – are being lined-up as contestants for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Bosses are said to have approached the couple every year since the show began in October 2004, but it’s only now that Jordan, 30 – real name Katie Price – and Peter, 35, have agreed.

‘We want to make sure this series is the best yet – having Peter and Jordan would make everyone trip the light fantastic,’ a source tells The Sun.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail claims that judges Arlene Phillips, 64, and Craig Revel Horwood, 41, are holding out from signing their new contracts because of a dispute over money.

Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC1 in September.
