Amy Winehouse is planning a huge celebration if Blake Fielder-Civil is released from prison today.
The singer’s husband is due to be sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court for perverting the course of justice and GBH.
He faces a maximum sentence of 5 years. But if he receives a lesser term Blake could be released from Pentonville Prison immediately as he's already spent 9 months behind bars on remand.
‘Nothing is definite yet, but Amy plans to be at court to support him,' her spokesman tells the Daily Star.
Meanwhile, Blake's parents are requesting the judge order their son stay at the family home in Lincolnshire if he's released.
Giles and Georgette Civil want to keep the 25-year-old away from troubled Amy, 24.
‘I'm going to give the letter to the court usher to hand to the judge,’ Georgette, 45, tells the News Of The World. ‘I want Blake free but I want him in an environment that's safe – without Amy.
‘If they are reunited I know they will be back on drugs within days. Then Blake will be arrested and sent back to prison.'

Yeah? She might want to hold off on that party; he just got 27 months in the bin. She married a real toss-pile. Does he get credit for time served, I wonder?
