Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook were married for 10 years

Christie Brinkley’s ex husband Peter Cook says he regrets having an affair during the couple’s 10 year marriage.

The former supermodel filed for divorce 2 years ago when she discovered he was cheating on her with his teenage assistant Diana Bianchi, now 21.

And Peter, 49, says he'd respond differently if given the chance to be unfaithful again.

'I'd say, "No, I'm a married man. Move on",' he told Fox News Channel's Geraldo At Large programme.

Last week, Christie, 54, gained sole custody of their daughter Sailor, 10, and son Jack, 13, as part of their divorce settlement.

'It's to me a very bittersweet moment because it really is the death of a marriage,' she said outside court.
