Comedienne and talk show host break up after 5 years together

Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman became YouTube stars with their spoof videos about Matt Damon and Ben Affleck

Comedienne Sarah Silverman has split from long-term boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel.

‘Jimmy and Sarah have, and will have, no further comment,' the couple's rep confirmed.

Sarah, 37, and Jimmy, 40, dated for 5 years.

In the past, Sarah has spoken highly of Jimmy, saying their relationship was so successful ‘because we really, really, really like each other. He's kind and funny and maybe the most thoughtful person I know.’

Videos in which they claimed to be having fictional affairs with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck were watched by over 8 million viewers on the internet.
