Reality star wants fillers put in her gaunt cheeks

Chantelle Houghton is keen to have more cosmetic surgery to fill out her face.
The Celeb Big Brother winner has already had a boob job to boost her bust to a 32DD.
But now Chantelle, 24, wants her cheeks and lips plumped up - because losing weight has caused them to shrink.
'I really want to change my face - it's still too gaunt from when I was super skinny,' she tells the Daily Star.
'I might have some fillers put in.'

If she has all this surgery done now, she will look awful by the time she is 40 years of age! She should be proud of what she already has!
