Chantelle Houghton says her cheeks have sunk

Chantelle Houghton is keen to have more cosmetic surgery to fill out her face.

The Celeb Big Brother winner has already had a boob job to boost her bust to a 32DD.

But now Chantelle, 24, wants her cheeks and lips plumped up - because losing weight has caused them to shrink.

'I really want to change my face - it's still too gaunt from when I was super skinny,' she tells the Daily Star.

'I might have some fillers put in.'
