Ex-Atomic Kitten star's mum helped her kick bad food habits

Liz McClaron has revealed that at last she's happy with her weight.
The former Atomic Kitten star has seen her figure fluctuate between a size 6 and a size 14 – but finally she's found the secret to keeping off the pounds.
'I let my mum hypnotise me,' says the singer, who's now a size 8-10. 'She treated me to stop eating crisps. I've not had any since.
‘I used to eat about 4 packets a day. Now I feel like I just don’t want them.’
Liz, 27, thinks it's the perfect solution to weight loss as dieting just made her miserable.
‘There's a lot of pressure to look a certain way when you’re in the limelight but I don’t give into it these days,’ she tells Celebs On Sunday.
And Liz now has no excuse for not eating healthily after she took home the Celebrity MasterChef title.
'I couldn't cook anything before,' she says. 'Now my boyfriend is grateful for my new skills [as] he's horrendous in the kitchen!'

omg, i need to be hypnotised, i have a huge obsession with crisps too and cant get enough. i eat about 3-4 packets a day, i think i have cellulite already and im only 15. i dont think im fat, im a size 8-10 in clothes but i need to be healthier on the inside, loose afew pounds and get rid of my cellulite.
