Former model wins sole custody of kids

Christie Brinkley filed for divorce from Peter Cook 2 years ago

Christie Brinkley’s divorce battle against Peter Cook came to a speedy conclusion yesterday.

The former supermodel, 54, gained sole custody of their daughter Sailor, 10, and her son Jack, 13.

And she agreed to pay him £1million for 3 yachts and several properties he'd wanted to keep.

'It's to me a very bittersweet moment because it really is the death of a marriage,' Christie said outside court.

'I'm very pleased with the results today.'

Christie and Peter's 10 year marriage ended 2 years ago when she discovered he was having an affair with his teenage assistant Diana Bianchi, now 21.

The court had also heard Peter, 49, spent £1,800 a month on internet pornography.
