Andy Scott-Lee plans to go to China for a month to get over his break-up with wife Michelle Heaton.

The singer, 28, is determined not to dwell on the past and wants to move on with his life.

‘It’s been hard but my friends and family have been there for me,' he says. 'It’s weird being single, but I’m happy and enjoying it.’

Andy married Michelle, 27, in 2006 and despite being linked to Matt Di Angelo, she denies having any involvement with another man.

When the couple's pal MC Harvey split with Alesha Dixon in November 2006 a month after their marriage, Andy had no idea that his own relationship would hit the rocks, too.

'It's obviously a shame,' he told Now Online at the time. 'But people make mistakes.'
