Pamela Anderson joins Big Brother Down Under

Actress to spend 3 days with housemates to boost ratings

Pamela Anderson hasn't revealed how much she is being paid

Pamela Anderson has become a housemate in the Australian version of Big Brother.

She'll spend the next 3 days in the house, but is exempt from some of the rules – including showering on camera and staying on the premises at night.

The actress made her surprise entrance from the diary room during a celebrity impersonator task, leaving the 6 regular housemates dumbstruck.

Pammy spent her first hours in the house receiving a short tour of the set before sitting down to dinner with the contestants.

The 41-year-old, who chose not to sleep overnight in the house, will also be followed by cameras for her new reality show Pam: Girl On The Loose.
