Jamie Lynn Spears has been photographed with her newborn daughter for the first time.
The new mum smiles happily as she holds Maddie Briann in her arms for the front cover of American OK!.
Jamie Lynn, 17, gave birth 3 weeks ago at the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center.
Her parents, big sister Britney and fiancé Casey Aldridge were by her side.
