Teens charged with the murder of the EastEnders star's sibling
Friday, 4 July 2008
Three teens charged with the murder of actress Brooke Kinsella's brother have appeared in court.
Juress Kika, 18, Michael Alleyne, 18, and Jade Braithwaite, 19, all from Islington, were remanded in custody until October 13.
Ben Kinsella, 16, was stabbed in the street after a night at the Shillibeers bar in Islington on Sunday.
He died in the arms of his friend Louis Robson, 16, the son of Birds Of A Feather actress Linda Robson.
Former EastEnders star Brooke made an emotional plea for witnesses to come forward to help police on Monday.
The next day, about 400 protesters marched to the scene of his death to demand an end to knife crime.

It show what society today is like, parents are terrified to let their children out the house for fear of them being attacked. More needs to be done to tackle knife crime in the UK, these thugs will be back on the street in a matter of year wearing their sentence with pride, it's total injustice to the decent working classes which the Uk used to be famous for. My thoughts asn preayers go not only to the Kinsella family, but to all those who have lost loved ones in such a brutal manner.
