Actor says he's 'deeply saddened' over split

Bill Murray and Jennifer Butler finalise divorce

Bill Murray and Jennifer Butler have officially ended their 10-year marriage - just 4 weeks after she filed for divorce.

She has been granted prime custody of their 4 sons Caleb, 15, Jackson, 11, Cooper, 9, and Lincoln, 7.

Jennifer, 42, will receive £3.5million, as determined prenup agreement, and 2 of their 5 properties.

In papers filed at court, Jennifer accused the 57-year-old comedian
of adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior,
physical abuse and sexual addiction.

Bill’s lawyer John McDougall says the actor is devastated over the split: ‘He is deeply saddened by the break-up of his marriage.

‘They remain loving parents, committed to the best interests of their children.’
