Italian businessman taken ill during court hearing

Anne Hathaway’s ex has been rushed to hospital following his appearance in court on money laundering and fraud charges.
Raffaello Follieri was taken ill with a severe sinus infection during the hearing in New York yesterday.
‘He had an episode in the courtroom which lead to him being transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation,’ his rep Melanie A Bonvicino says.
‘I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it's] for a severe sinus infection.’
The Italian businessman was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
He faces 6 counts of wire fraud, 5 counts of money laundering and 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Raffaello and Anne, 25, split last week after 4 years.
