Shia LaBeouf has been warned about smoking in a public place - just months after he was arrested for a similar offence.
The Indiana Jones star was filming for his new movie in the Smithsonian National Air And Space Museum in Washington and is thought to have had a sneaky fag in the toilets.
He was reprimanded by museum officials and told he could be kicked out.
In February, Shia, 22, was arrested for smoking in Burbank, California. He appeared in court, but charges were dropped after he paid a £250 fine.
