Star accused of assaulting taxi driving following minor crash

Lee Ryan punched a taxi driver in the head during a row over a traffic accident, a court has heard.

The ex-boyband star, 25, is accused of hitting Naeem Ibrahim up to 3 times on New Year's Eve.

The row broke out after the Blue singer's fiancee Samantha Miller drove her Ford Ka into the back of Naeem's cab in Oxted, Surrey.

The cabbie claims Lee refused to pay for the damage and attacked him as he wrote down the car's registration number.

Lee denies a charge of common assault.

Yesterday, it emerged Samantha, 20, is pregnant with the couple's first child.

They started dating after she posted saucy pictures of herself on the singer's MySpace page.
