Presenter in altercation with female snapper

Sky News presenter Kay Burley has been caught on camera appearing to throttle a photographer outside Naomi Campbell's court case.
Kay, 46, who appeared on ITV's Dancing On Ice last year, is pictured with her hands around Kirsty Wrigglesworth's throat.
Witnesses say the reporter was hit in the face with a camera as a media scrum jostled for position when Naomi, 38, arrived at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court today.
Naomi got 200 hours of community service after she admitted assaulting police on a BA flight to LA in April.
