Trio bond with each another while fencing

Fencing buddies: Will Smith and Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise has been inviting David Beckham and Will Smith to his house to play with swords.

The Top Gun star, 45, has introduced Becks, 33, and the Men In Black star to fencing.

'Tom has a room for training,' Will, 39, he says.

'We don't get enough time to hang out, just us 3 guys, so this is his way of getting together and bonding.

'David and I go to his home and just do fencing. It's a lot of fun.'

But Will says they have to resist the temptation to overdo it.

'We wanted an activity that was strenuous, but we're getting older - we have to think about slowing down,' he tells the Daily Mirror.

We've got to watch our joints. Especially my knee... ow.'
