Mario Lopez is rumoured to have cheated on Karina Smirnoff

Karina Smirnoff has been left devastated by reports that ex Mario Lopez cheated on her during their relationship – with Hooters waitress Meaghan Cooper.

The Dancing With The Stars couple announced they were splitting earlier this month.

And Karina says it’s been hard to deal with the break-up amid rumours he was playing away.

‘There's no easy way to break up, especially when you're in the public eye,' she tells E!.

‘But it could be worse. It could be Divine Brown [the prostitute caught with Hugh Grant in 1995].’

The couple met on the 3rd series of hit US show 2 years ago.
