Veteran actor snapped with his arm in a sling

Sean Connery has dislocated his arm playing golf.

The veteran actor was snapped with the limb in a sling at The Edge Of Love premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

Sir Sean, 77, suffered the injury last weekend and was rushed to Northern Westchester Hospital in New York.

'He fell on the golf course last Friday and dislocated it,' his wife Micheline tells the Daily Record.

The Scottish actor is most famous for playing James Bond in the 007 films.
