Hotel staff halt party in singer's apartment

Lily Allen was told to turn the music off at 4am

Lily Allen upset fellow guests at an exclusive hotel when she threw a rowdy party in her apartment.

The 22-year-old singer is renting a bungalow at the Chateau Marmont in La and invited a crowd of friends back after a night out.

But the noise and loud music drew complaints and staff stepped in at 4am to break up the party.

‘Lily invited a group of 8 people she met at a restaurant back to her bungalow,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘They were playing music until the hotel called and asked Lily to turn it down.’

Earlier this week, Lily was spotted having dinner with US socialite Lindsay Lohan, 21, and DJ Samantha Ronson, 30.

The pink-haired singer is in the US putting the finishing touches to her second album - the follow-up to her hit debut Alright, Still, which was released in 2006.
