Naomi Campbell laughed as she fell over

Naomi Campbell collapsed on the ground after a night out on Wednesday.

The supermodel had just left a nightclub on the Italian isle of Capri at 3am when lost her footing.

Fortunately, a female pal and a mystery man caught Naomi, 38, before she hit the floor.

As she picked herself up, Naomi saw the funny side and started to giggle.

But her rep insists she wasn’t drunk. ‘It was just a bit of fun and not down to drink,’ he tells The Sun.

‘Naomi was playing this trust game, where you fall into a friend’s arm. It’s very hot there, so that could have had something to do with it.’

In 1993, Naomi famously fell on the catwalk while modelling a pair of 10in Vivienne Westwood platform shoes.
