Amy Winehouse shocked onlookers when she stepped out wearing a towering 12-inch beehive.

The singer showcased the bizarre new look when she left her Camden home yesterday.

The sheer volume of her barnet nearly toppled the pint-sized star, as she hurried to the car with her head bent forward.

Amy, 24, performed in Moscow last night for Chelsea FC tycoon Roman Abramovich.

She says her hive gets bigger the more self-conscious she feels.
