Nicola Roberts split with fiancé Carl Davies

Nicola Roberts admits breaking up with fiancé Carl Davies was really hard.

The couple split in May after 18 months together.

‘My personal life has been a total wreck,’ Nicola reveals.

‘It’s been a really hard time, but the girls have been great and supported me when I’ve been down.’

But Nic, 22, who’s just finished the Girls Aloud tour, says she’s looking forward to moving on with her life.

‘I can’t wait to get into the recording studio later in the summer,’ she tells Hello!

‘I’ve got a lot of raw emotions that I want to put into new songs.’
