Coleen McLoghlin wants her 10-year-old sister Rosie to be her chief bridesmaid

Coleen McLoughlin wants her 10-year-old sister Rosie to be her maid of honour.

The adopted youngster suffers from Rett syndrome, which means she's unable to walk or talk and needs 24-hour care.

But when Coleen, 22, and fiancé Wayne asked her if she'd be their bridesmaid, she burst into tears and nodded 'yes'.

‘Family means everything to Coleen and she knew how much it would mean to Rosie,’ a pal tells the Sunday Mirror.

‘She knows Rosie is unlikely to ever be a bride, so this is her gift to her little sister. She wants her sister to be a princess for the day.’

Coleen is set to marry Wayne, 22, this week at the exclusive Villa Durazzo in Portofino, Italy.
