Jamie Lynn Spears photographer arrested over stalker claims

But paparazzo denies the allegations

Edwin Marino insists he wasn't stalking Jamie Lynn Spears

An LA photographer has been accused of ‘stalking’ pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge.

Celebrity paparrazo Edwin Marino, 30, was arrested by police at a petrol station in Mississippi. 

Edwin denies the accusations, saying that he remained 200ft away from Jamie Lynn, 17, and Casey, 19, at the time of his arrest.

He is due to appear in court next week.

Jamie Lynn’s rep is yet to comment.
