Kate Beckinsale: I want Posh 'n' Becks' son to date my daughter

Actress is happy for Brooklyn Beckham to be Lily Beckinsale's boyfriend

Victoria Beckham and Kate Beckinsale are pals

Kate Beckinsale reckons her daughter and Victoria and David Beckham’s eldest son would make a cute couple.

The actress says Lily, her child with actor ex Michael Sheen, and Brooklyn, both 9, are already good friends.

‘I am dreading the day Lily brings home a boy,’ she tells the Daily Mirror. ‘But she and the Beckham boys get on really well.

'So if she did have to have a boyfriend, then I suppose Brooklyn would get my seal of approval!’

Victoria, 34, and David, 33, have 2 other boys – Romeo, 5, and Cruz, 3.

Kate, 34 and her director husband Len Wiseman, 35, have become close friends with the Beckhams since they moved to LA last summer.
