Has Cristiano Ronaldo popped the question to Nereida Gallardo?

Nereida Gallardo has sparked speculation she’s engaged to Cristiano Ronaldo after being snapped wearing a ring on her engagement finger.

The Spanish model showed off the diamond band while out in Palma, Majorca.

Manchester United star Cristiano, 23, is said to have told her they'd marry if his country Portugal wins Euro 2008, which starts on Saturday.

Nereida, 24, is also planning to move into his mansion at Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

‘She practically lives in England now,’ a pal tells The Sun.

‘She keeps all her clothes there and talks of herself as the new Victoria Beckham with a dash of Spanish sophistication thrown in.’

The couple are also said to want a family.

‘Cristiano is very keen to become a father,’ adds the pal. ‘He keeps talking about kids.'

Cristiano’s rep denies the claims.
