Amy Winehouse attended husband Blake's pre-trial in a talkative mood

Amy Winehouse found it difficult to shut up during husband Blake Fielder-Civil's pre-trial hearing yesterday.

An usher had to tell her to sit down and be quiet.

The singer, 24, kept fiddling with her clothes and loudly whispered, 'It's like Disneyland' when it was announced that the case might be delayed by juror holidays over the summer.

Amy sat in the front row during her 40-minute visit at Snaresbrook Crown Court, east London, and blew kisses at Blake.

Wearing a turquoise top, wide black belt and black and white check pencil skirt, she paused at the door and mouthed 'I love you' at Blake before she left.

Blake, 26, is currently held at Pentonville Prison on charges of GBH and attempting to pervert the cause of justice.

Meanwhile, Amy, has started writing new material with musician Tyler James.
