Jackass star has to complete stint in rehab
Wednesday, 4 June 2008
Jackass star Steve-O will not be sent to prison for drug charges.
The prankster, real name Stephen Glover, pleaded guilty to cocaine possession at an LA court on Tuesday.
But he will avoid jail as long as he checks into rehab.
Lawyer Barry Gerald Sands says the case will be dropped once the stuntman completes the programme.
Steve-O, 33, was arrested on 3 March on suspicion of vandalism and drug possession at his Hollywood apartment.
He later received treatment at LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
