Pregnant star says didn't want to marry another actor

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are expecting twins

Angelina Jolie says Brad Pitt was the last person she imagined herself settling down with.

The pregnant star was keen to date someone who wasn’t in the public eye after her split from actor Billy Bob Thornton.

‘After my last divorce, I said I was absolutely going to marry somebody in another field, an aid worker or something,’ she tells Vanity Fair.

‘Then I met Brad – everything I wasn’t looking for, but the best man, the best father I could possibly wish for.

‘I don’t see him as an actor. I see him very much as a dad, as somebody who loves travel and architecture more than being in movies.’

Angelina, 32, and Brad, 44, are expecting twins on 19 August.

They are also parents to Shiloh, 2, and adopted kids Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, and Zahara, 3.
