Singer-guitarist had battled ill health for past year

Bo Diddley has passed away at the age of 79.
The music legend died of heart failure at his home in Florida.
The Grammy-winner had been battling ill health for the past year.
He suffered a stroke in May last year which affected his speech, and in August he had a heart attack.
Bo shot to fame in 1955 and was known for his square guitar and dark glasses.
His most famous hits include Bo Diddley, Who Do You Love, Before You Accuse Me, and Mona.
