Sarah Harding appears to be drastically losing weight on the Girls Aloud tour.

The singer, 26, was snapped looking pale and gaunt at the weekend, her hollow cheekbones evident to see beneath her oversized sunglasses.

And it's thought she’s deliberately trying to compete with tiny bandmate Cheryl Cole, 24.

‘All the girls seem to be competing with each other to see who can eat the least,’ a source tells the Sunday Mirror.

‘It’s particularly bad with Cheryl and Sarah. If one has fruit instead of a meal, then so will the other.

‘They are on the treadmill all the time because they want to look good in their skimpy outfits.’
