Coleen McLoughlin: I've been engaged for a lifetime

WAG can't wait to walk down the aisle next month

Coleen McLoughlin and Wayne Rooney have been engaged for over 4 years

Coleen Mcloughlin is itching to get hitched to fiancé Wayne Rooney.

The WAG has been planning the wedding since last September and can’t wait to become his wife. The couple have a lavish ceremony booked in Italy.

‘I’ve been engaged for 4½ years – which seems like a lifetime – and we’ve been together for nearly 6 years,’ she says.

‘When we first talked about getting married we did feel too young, but not any more.

'We want to spend the rest of our lives together and there's no stronger commitment than getting married.’

But Coleen, 22, says she hasn’t always felt so strongly about committing to the Manchester United star, 22.

‘If you told me years ago that I’d would be getting married to Wayne I wouldn’t have believed it,’ she tells OK!

‘But I’m really glad [at] the way things have turned out.’
