Martine McCutcheon says she can't live without Diet Coke

Martine McCutcheon says she no longer puts pressure on herself to look skinny.

‘I used to worry about what the public thought of me, but I’ve learned to live with who I am. I’m far happier as a result,’ she says.

The Echo Beach star, 32, says she still has to watch what she eats but she's not going to deny herself.

‘If I don’t watch what I eat, I end up being bigger than my body naturally is. Normally I’m a size 10 and eat 3 healthy meals a day,’ she tells We Love Telly magazine.

‘I went on a detox for a month. I cut out all processed foods and thought I would miss bread. But what I missed most was Diet Coke. But I felt so much better for it. [I had] lots more energy.’
