Marie Anne Thiébaud: I did not break up Shania Twain's marriage

Secretary insists she didn't have affair with Mutt Lange

Marie Anne Thiébaud has slammed reports she broke up Shania Twain and Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange's 14-year marriage.

The former secretary, 37, who was employed by the couple to look after their château in Switzerland, denies rumours she became close to Robert.

‘When marriages break up they break up for all sorts of complicated reasons, it's never just one reason,’ she tells Us Weekly.

‘And those reasons should be kept private. If you're looking for a person that broke up a marriage then you have the wrong person. I'm not that person.’

Singer Shania, 42, and music producer Robert, 59, announced they were parting last week.

They have a 6-year-old son,Eja D'Angelo.
