Planning chiefs have given Heather Mills a month to remove a marquee from her £3.2m country home in Robertsbridge, East Sussex.
Sir Paul McCartney's ex wife is said to have put up the 130ft x 70ft structure without planning permission.
Heather, 40, is believed to have used the marquee for parties.
She has also angered neighbours, with several complaining about noise levels at the bashes.
